Our engineers are encouraged to contribute ideas and code to our own platform and to other partner teams.

You will own components of a platform and lead the design and implementation of end-to-end features using both backend and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with product owners to craft architecture based on product requirements, breaking features into small work units and ensuring high-quality production-ready code using modern CI/CD processes.

      What You'll Do:

      • Design, build, deploy, and scale major platform components, microservices, and front-end features.
      • Implement and maintain adaptable and dynamic user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
      • Implement enterprise design and coding standards.
      • Build a culture of innovation through rapid prototyping and continuous delivery to production.
      • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
      • Guide and mentor junior engineers to deliver high-quality code through design and code reviews.

      What You'll Need:

      • 4+ years of programming experience with Java and backend frameworks like Spring Boot.
      • Proficient in frontend technologies, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
      • Validated experience working with modern SQL/NoSQL databases.
      • Shown understanding of algorithms and data structures.
      • Confirmed experience supplying to high-performance, scalable systems.
      • Ability to think independently and break down product requirements into well-defined tasks.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.

      Bonus

      • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
      • Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
      • Experience with Node.js for server-side development.
      • Experience in developing software for the medical or healthcare industry.
      • Familiarity with working in distributed teams across time zones.
