      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement core backend software components using PHP and Hack
      - Review and approve modifications to existing databases and database management systems
      - Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality output
      - Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
      - Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field
      - Software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development
      - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Hack and PHP
      - Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary system changes
      - Knowledge of computer development software, including SQL and VisualBasic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Java
      - Track record of setting technical direction for a team and driving consensus
      - Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications
      - Experience designing, analyzing, and improving system efficiency and scalability
      - Familiarity with building unit test coverage
