What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, and support OpenText Exstream applications for enterprise legacy and integration projects
- Collaborate with technical staff, management, and business operations throughout the software development life cycle
- Analyze and translate requirements into design while maintaining system documentation
- Identify and resolve system operating problems to ensure business continuity
- Provide estimates for work required based on user requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in computer science, programming, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in application software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of industry application development best practices, tools, programming languages, and techniques
- Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OpenText Exstream
- Experience in the healthcare domain
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
