- Managing FileNet platform end to end, managing customers, production issues
- Responsible for deployments, patching, software upgrades
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Familiar with managing databases, writing queries and stored procedures
- Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
- Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Having 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet Implementation
- Expertise in ACCE, Content Analytics & Enterprise Search (ICA) and IBM Content Search Services (CSS)
- Should be good in troubleshooting and handling Production issues
- Hands on Experience on Workflow design, Process Engine APIs, Integration and Deployments
- Expertise in authentication, authorization, ADFS, Kerberos
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Migration of FileNet using vendor tools to any other documentation management system such as SharePoint Online
- Migration of FileNet from one version to another
