- Design and implement database solutions to support project requirements.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, indexes, and queries.
- Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to translate project requirements into database solutions.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing strategies.
- Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to database architecture and processes.
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience with Oracle and MongoDB Database administration and development.
- Expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and replication.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with data modeling and database architecture for large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of data security and encryption techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions, including AWS services such as Amazon RDS, EC2, and S3.
- Proven experience as an Oracle/MongoDB Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with database migration projects, particularly migrating data between Oracle and MongoDB.
- Experience with load testing and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of data compression techniques and advanced database functions.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
