- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problem
- Understanding of UiPath components like Document Understanding, UiPath APPs
- Good knowledge of issue tracking systems, preferably Jira
- Excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter
- Is able to work individually with business partners, senior architects and managers to build automation solutions
- High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience including, but not limited to mature design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
- Excellent Leadership skills and experience working in Application Development, Quality and Automation teams
Ability to influence teams - Experience in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using RPA
- 3+ years of Development Experience with Java/ .Net/ Python/ VB Scripting/ Javascript/ C# / SQL in designing and developing solution
- 1+ years of experience using UI technologies
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing RPA and Desktop automation solutions
- Minimum of two years of work experience in the following areas: Object Oriented analysis and design, Design patterns, Database, Using Web Services, API
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): Robotic Process Automation ( UI Path, Power Automate), BitBucket/Git/Gitflow)
- Awareness/Experience on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools
- Experience with distributed teams located in the US or other Indian cities
- Alteryx & Low Code Automation tool

You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
