      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate data exchange between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and public health registries
      - Identify and address barriers to data sharing and interoperability
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for data integration and exchange
      - Monitor and analyze data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Provide technical support and training to users of data exchange systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks
      - Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare data exchange protocols
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with healthcare data integration and exchange projects
      - Knowledge of HL7, CDA, and FHIR standards
      - Familiarity with healthcare privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
