      Responsibilities

      • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for the data migration process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and current business processes.
      • Collaborate with software development teams to understand and identify the existing requirements content (AS-IS state) and structure stored in DOORS Classic and analyze the specific needs and requirements for migration to Polarion-X including downstream stakeholder impacts (TO-BE state).
      • Assist in the planning and execution of the data migration process from DOORS Classic to Polarion-X, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and desired structure of transferred data.
      • Support the configuration and customization of Polarion-X to align with the organization's requirement structure and workflow, with input and guidance of senior team members.
      • Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate the onboarding of team members to Polarion-X with input and guidance of senior team members. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users during the transition phase.
      • Participate in testing activities to validate the functionality, organizational structure, and performance of Polarion-X, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies encountered.
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including procedures, configurations, and user guides. Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
      • Contribute ideas, suggestions, and recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the requirements management process, leveraging the capabilities of Polarion-X.

      Qualifications

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
      • Basic understanding of Relational Database concepts and data migration techniques.
      • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
      • Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS Classic and Polarion-X would be an asset.
      • Experience with JIRA Issue and Project Tracking Software system would be an asset.
