      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop Python code and Japanese prose prompts for state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs)
      - Collaborate with legal professionals to gather requirements and ensure accurate delivery of legal responses
      - Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess their performance
      - Write, test, and iterate on prompts to ensure contextually appropriate responses
      - Work with APIs and data sources to enhance application functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Highly proficient in written and spoken Japanese
      - Legal domain expertise through experience in legal practice, JD, courtroom interpreting, or paralegal work
      - 1-2 years of production-level experience in software engineering on an engineering/product team
      - Proficiency in Python; experience in other programming languages if Python skills are low
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using large language models through code, such as model services from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models like Llama and Mistral
      - Proficiency with APIs and SQL databases
