Participate in software development in support of Research and Advanced Design programs
Design, develop, and document software for mission planning solutions??
Collaborate with the Chief Architect and Lead Systems Engineer to build and test OMS tools, services, and bridges?
Generate and present material to support internal and external customer briefings met
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with 2 Years experience; OR a master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with 0 Years experience.
Familiarity with software development tools such as: Python, C++, Java
Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE),
Experience with UCI Schema and CAL development
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
Understanding of traditional systems engineering concepts and methodologies
Active SAP
Knowledge of Universal Armament Interface (UAI)
Experience with embedded software development?.
Experience integrating and debugging software on hardware.
Experience working within an Agile environment.
Experience in integrating complex system across multiple domains
Knowledge and experience with USAF Open Architecture approaches

In this role, you will be supporting the Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) team in designing and implementing technologies critical to the USAF Open Architecture initiatives. Our work influences the investment decisions of our senior leadership and customer program offices as well as impacting the Air Force enterprise of acquisition programs. The candidate will work with the Architect and Software Lead to design supporting Next-Generation Mission Systems. The candidate should have experience in developing software with an agile focused team and is knowledgeable of the software development lifecycle and be able to work independently.
