What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance technology for Workforce Management solutions across North America and Europe
- Write efficient code and assist other engineers with troubleshooting and debugging
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Product, and Stores Engineering teams to design and deploy software components
- Contribute to the back of stores roadmap and evaluate new technologies
- Drive continuous improvements in process and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- Required experience with UKG Pro WFM
- Required experience with integrations using UKG Boomi
- Required knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and Kronos infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and testing applications using UKG Workforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Dell Boomi
- Familiarity with Management/Center, Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Schedule Optimization applications
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud practices
- Knowledge of middleware technologies like Boomi, Apigee, MOVEit Automation
- Experience with Agile and DevOps tools such as Git/Gitlab, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence
