Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines used to streamline the software development, build and test process.
Implement Python-based, reusable automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Develop software solutions to increase the speed of software releases.
Develop new capabilities to increase test automation and the analysis of radar software logs to provide earlier, more accurate feedback to the development teams about software build health.
Leverage industry-leading tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Artifactory to enhance tool integration and connectivity, leading to streamlined development workflows, increased collaboration, improved code quality, and faster delivery of software products.
Support the development of Realtime Agile metrics tracking.
Identification and resolution of software problem reports and impediments.
Build the team’s abilities, provide technical direction, facilitate the removal of roadblocks and work with both internal and external customers.
Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Experience in software development using Python, Perl, C, C++, Ada, Java, Jenkins.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experiences with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Git, Git-LFS, MATLAB.
Experience developing software in a team-based development environment
Experience developing with Scrum methodology.
Well-developed communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to complex technical problems.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position must be able to maintain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
