      DESCRIPTION:

      Duties: Participate in the design and development of scalable and resilient systems in a timely manner. Create and deliver detailed design documentation that shows comprehensive system integration throughout all layers of JPMC and outside systems. Build microservices that run on the firm's internal cloud and the public cloud platform. Write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, and develop functionality and automation. Review code from peer developers and provide feedback and suggestions based on industry standards and best practices. Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews, and other ceremonies contributing to task completion and blocker resolution within the team.


      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Java Developer, or related occupation.
