What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software modules for the Cotiviti, Inc. product suite
- Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodology and techniques
- Analyze requirements and specifications to create detailed designs for implementation
- Resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers
- Mentor team members in software engineering methods and techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, VBA, and SQL Server
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
- Strong understanding of OOP and common design patterns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail Analytics support or direct retail experience
- Skilled in scripting languages such as VBScript and PowerShell
- Familiarity with Java, Python, and RDBMS
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, and code reviews
