      The Opportunity ...

      In this position you will work with our customers to support software and functionality with our systems.

      • Design, develop, and modify software solutions that control a fleet of automated guided vehicles.
      • Develop and implement software within the Microsoft Windows development environment using C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.
      • Utilize Jira to track support tickets and changes to customer systems.
      • Familiarity with XML / JSON.
      • Complete assignments both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
      • Support customer systems following project completion.
        • Realtime support of emergency issues.
        • Diagnose and debug existing software.
        • Coordinate with customers and process Jira tickets.
        • Implement customer-requested changes/modifications to existing systems following department processes.
      • Perform upgrades to existing JBT project sites.
      • Travel, as needed, to customer sites.

      JBT Expectations:

      • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Computer Science or Engineering.
      • 3-5 years related experience desired.
      • Proficiency in SQL Stored Procedures/Queries required.
      • Proficiency in C# required.
      • Knowledge of JavaScript required.
      • Prior programming experience required.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Able to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).
      • A valid driver’s license is required.
