Tanner is looking for an experienced full stack developer to help maintain and improve our industry-leading career anniversary applications, used by millions of people around the globe in many of the prestigious Fortune 500 companies.       Job Requirements

      How you know you qualify


      - You have a demonstrated ability to ship working code
      - You have 1-3 years experience as a professional developer
      - You are proficient with, Java, Spring, Tomcat, OAuth 2.0, and Javascript
      - You have experience with database technologies such PostgreSQL and Oracle
      - You know how to prepare a quality PR for code review
      - You are comfortable working in an Agile environment
      - You require minimal supervision and are intrinsically motivated to excel
      - You create accessible experiences for people of all abilities
      - You enjoy working with others and seek learning opportunities

      - Maintaining a legacy system makes you want to cry
      - You are unwilling to improve skills you may be lacking

      - You already know everything about developing software
      - You refuse to participate in code reviews

      Ways you will stand out


      - You have 3-5 years experience as a professional developer
      - You have experience with Maven, Gradle, Docker, Bamboo, RunDeck, or Jenkins
      - You have contributed open source code
      - You have worked on a large-scale, international, multi-million user app
      - You have experience building and managing large databases
      - You write automated tests for your code
      - You know and care about why we exist as a company
