We’re looking for a passionate software engineer / developer:

• Developing critical banking applications within a scrum team
• Work closely with product owners and scrum team members to design and create effective solutions for Wealth Management business
• Take full ownership of products developed and work on continuous product improvement in an iterative way
• Troubleshoot and support products in all technical aspects, ensure solution is deployed with quality in high speed
• Continuously modernize application development process (Automated testing, CI/CD, docker, cloud native, etc.)

Your team

You will be working within the Wealth Management Chief Digital and Information Office organization, primarily within the product and software development function. The team is responsible front-to-back of a suite of IT service and products sitting on the global Wealth Management platform. You will be working with a product base team located around the globe (including APAC and Europe)

Your expertise

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development using Spring, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, Java 8 and common open source software
• Experience in common development tooling and familiar with CI/CD processes (Maven, GitLab, Sonar etc.) and approaches; experience to implement automation to streamline development pipeline
• Experience with agile methodologies, especially scrum, iterative development, automated testing and continuous release approaches
• Proven ability to produce secure, stable and good performing code and write optimized, clean code
• Ability to lead investigation of technical issues, both in a highly secured production environment as well as lower test environment
• Experience working in a highly complex and integrated banking platform, ability to traverse and communicate with different teams to negotiate interface design as well as troubleshoot integration issues
• Experience and knowledge in cloud native development (especially Azure)
• Experience with front-end development using React is a plus but not mandatory.
