      CO-OP OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY:

      Our rapidly growing company is committed to fostering development of new and rising talent in the software engineering field, offering university students in their 3rd or 4th year of study a co-op opportunity. We look for team members who are curious, impactful, and inventive, and who in turn deliver exceptional business results through focus, passion, discipline, and innovation. Our internship program is designed to prepare students for career and employment readiness.

      Co-op opportunities are available at our Kelowna and Ottawa offices.

      Software Engineering

      You will work with the developers who have the responsibility for building the front-end and the back-end of our systems. You will gain the knowledge of how to design implement, test and deploy software as a service solution.

      You will learn what it means to be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle.

      We are looking for students with education or experience in some of the following:

      • Kubernetes
      • Kafka
      • Containerization
      • JavaScript
      • Frontend frameworks
      • Backend technologies
      • Databases and web storage
      • Git/GitHub
      • HTTP and REST
      • AWS

          • Currently enrolled in a co-op program with a Canadian university or college

            PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

            • Enrolled in a Diploma in Computer Programming or Web Development and Internet Applications, or Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, Associate of Science degree.
            • An 4 or 8 month term with flexible start

              The hourly wage for this role is $24.00 CAD.
