What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, design, build, and own high-impact, customer-facing features for the ground mobile app, including mobile client and backend APIs
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and design teams to create intuitive tools for users
- Solve challenging technical problems to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Integrate the app with hardware such as 360-degree cameras and RTK GPS receivers
- Prototype new functionalities using the latest computer vision and machine learning technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Swift and strong understanding of iOS development principles
- Experience with unit testing, concurrent programming, and app performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Xcode Instruments for troubleshooting and optimizing app performance
- Experience developing mobile apps requiring 3rd party hardware integration
- Willingness to learn and contribute to Python APIs and backend logic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 3D model rendering, spatial tracking, and ARKit/SceneKit
- Passion for solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
