      The Role and Team


      We are a forward-thinking team specialising in building SDKs for mobile platforms, including native and hybrid solutions. We focus on delivering seamless, high-performing SDKs that integrate cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a talented Hybrid Developer to help bridge the gap between web and native development, contributing to our SDK ecosystem.
      Role Overview:As a Hybrid Developer, you will leverage your expertise in web technologies to develop and maintain hybrid SDKs using tools like Capacitor and Cordova. You will collaborate with native developers and product teams to deliver performant and reliable solutions that work across platforms, while exploring how hybrid approaches can optimise our development processes.

      This role is based remotely in Pune. Candidates for this position are required to reside within the Pune metropolitan area. Relocation support is not available at this time.


      Responsibilities

      • Develop, maintain, and optimise hybrid SDKs using Capacitor, Cordova, and related technologies.
      • Collaborate with native developers (Android and iOS) to ensure seamless integration between hybrid and native layers.
      • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for web-based components that interact with native SDKs.
      • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve cross-platform compatibility issues.
      • Stay up-to-date with advancements in hybrid development technologies and frameworks.
      • Contribute to performance optimisation and ensure high-quality user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Skills & Experience

      • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in hybrid mobile development.
      • Strong expertise in Capacitor and Cordova frameworks.
      • Proficiency in web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
      • Familiarity with mobile-specific web APIs and plugins.
      • Experience with building and publishing hybrid apps for both Android and iOS platforms.
      • Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques for hybrid apps.
      • Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.

        Preferred Skills & Experience
      • Experience with native development on Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
      • Knowledge of other hybrid or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
      • Familiarity with performance tuning and memory management in hybrid apps.
      • Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and navigation patterns.
      • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for hybrid app development.
      • Open-source contributions or experience with plugin development for Capacitor or Cordova.
