      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain assistive technology products that enable communication for individuals with speech disabilities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and improve product functionality
      - Provide technical support and training for users of the technology
      - Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine product offerings
      - Assist in the creation of documentation and resources for users and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in software development or engineering, particularly in assistive technology
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Familiarity with user-centered design principles and accessibility standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a healthcare-related field
      - Knowledge of programming languages relevant to assistive technology development
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Understanding of speech-language pathology or related fields
