What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the software asset lifecycle including acquisition, compliance, and maintenance renewals
- Present business cases to senior management for approval and manage user requests for software
- Work collaboratively with IT management to ensure compliance with company procedures and vendor terms
- Provide timely inventory, deployment, usage, and availability information to business managers
- Engage in process improvement and maintain knowledge of licensing and purchasing rules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT operation or administrative role
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Knowledge and experience with IT Software Asset Management processes and systems
- Excellent administrative skills and critical thinking abilities
- Advanced aptitude in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL, ITAM, and/or SAM training or certification
- Negotiation experience and solid knowledge of purchasing methods
- Global support experience and familiarity with engineering/scientific software
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous
