- Managing multiple projects in the Automotive Infotainment domain
- Planning, execution and development of Automotive infotainment products
- Ensuring the project deliveries to meet the timelines and executed within the budget
- Ensuring the software development processes are followed strictly as per the guidelines defined by organisation
- Ensures the project deliveries meet the required quality metrics like coverty, code coverage and performance.
- Daily scrum meetings to track the project status, and ensures blocker items are prioritized.
- Sending the daily scrum meeting report to the management and internal stakeholders
- Sending the weekly status reports to customers, internal stakeholders and management
- Manage project risks proactively, identify program risks and address them before they can become issues
- Coordinates between multiple functional teams involved to ensure the project issues are resolved smoothly
- Handling of customer escalations to ensure their concerns are addressed
- Ensures the team gets technical trainings required for the project
- Responsible for evaluation, mentoring and development of team members.
- Takes ownership for personal career and skill development
- Participate in the requiremen+A1ts analysis, architecture and design discussions of stakeholders
- Participate in the document reviews like SRS, Design and API documents
- Provides technical support to Tech sales team in understanding customer requirements, project efforts estimation, and SOW updates
- 8+ years of automotive software development and delivery experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams as Lead engineer
- Proven and effective communication, analytical, judgment, initiative and execution skills.
- Project Management knowledge for execution of Automotive Software development Projects.
- Experience in requirements analysis, architecture and design
- Hands on experience in C/C++ programming
- Good knowledge in Linux and Android operating systems
- Good hands on debugging skills
- Familiar with any of the bug tracking tools like RTC, Bugzilla or JIRA
- Agile / SCRUM team leadership
- Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.
- Clear and strategic thinker, proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans
- Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion

- Having respect for colleagues; leading teams with clarity and accountability
