      As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier software products, contributing to the creation of irresistibly superior products in the R&D domain.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement software quality assurance processes and strategies to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and product owners, to define quality standards and requirements.

      • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure adherence to specifications.

      • Identify, document, and track software defects.

      • Continuously improve the SQA process by analyzing test results, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices.

      • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

      • Build and sustain center of expertise, share best practices with local teams and key partners.

      Job Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

      • Proven experience in software quality assurance, including designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, acquired through either professional work or academic studies

      • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

      • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

      • Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems

      • A genuine interest in engineering / manufacturing / R&D (applications in scope are primarily run in factories, R&D sites with production machines/lab systems)

      • Good understanding of Information Security, Operational Excellence and IT Stewardship.
