What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist software customers during scheduled support hours via inbound call, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for campground and resort staff, mastering the Campspot reservation software
- Share expertise with campground management through phone, email, and remote desktop demonstrations
- Solve problems of varying difficulty efficiently and effectively
- Manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and courteous demeanor when working with customers
- Availability to work the specified schedule of Sat/Sun 9a-6p ET and M-W 11a-8p ET
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles such as sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience in the recreation, hospitality, or tourism industry
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Proficient in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
