What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support order entry and business management software
- Interact with external customers and internal users
- Ensure successful Quality Assurance testing for new features
- Logging and escalation of bugs and user feedback
- Work closely with the Application Support team on related projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic computer knowledge
- Type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Completion of relevant technical training programs
