What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as point of contact for inbound Service Desk calls regarding Solarity software
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues, including ticket routing, password resets, and escalations
- Provide remote support to customers and document work logs in Jira Service Management
- Manage bug fixes and software enhancements
- Ensure timely problem resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned by Service Desk leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of technical support experience or an Associate's degree in a related field
- Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail
- On-call availability required
- Experience with implementing or maintaining software solutions desired
- Knowledge of Phone and Email Etiquette, Change Control, and Network Security
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Citrix, JSON, Windows Deployment Services, or XML
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and electronic medical records
