- Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems to debug or troubleshoot data processing issues, and investigate SQL stored procedures, Informatica Workflows, CA WLA failures, and Perl scripts to support issue resolution and analysis for minor enhancements.
- Track and resolve a high number of exceptions daily as part of operations support, using Agile methodologies to manage work and enhancements in JIRA.
- Coordinate development efforts with the development team for major enhancements and ensure code deployments meet audit standards.
- Contribute to shaping the future of technology within our group by helping transition to cloud-based solutions, staying current on standards, technologies, approaches, and methodologies.
- Consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement to enhance processes and technologies, fostering innovation within the team.
- Work Arrangement : This position follows a hybrid setup, requiring 3 days onsite every week in UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City.
- Shift Schedules: Willingness to work 9am to 6pm PHT and cover for teammates on a 4pm to 1am PHT shift if needed. Shift schedules may vary depending on business needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support).
- Web app knowledge (Frontend and Back End web technologies, APIs etc)
- Experience with relational database structures and methodologies, and SQL.
- Ability to read JavaScript or any programming language (for code-level investigation).
- Ability to create JavaScript-based monitoring scripts in a system such as New Relic.
- Applicable degree or designation in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Cloud based technologies (Azure) – nice to have, not needed. We can train you.
- Familiarity with other technologies (Nice to have):
- MongoDB (Nice to have)
- React JS / Node JS (Nice to have)
- CA Workload Automation / job scheduling tools
- ServiceNow / Jira / other workflow tools
