      Job Title: Senior Developer - EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers

      Location: Avinya Campus Bangalore

      Job Type: Full-Time

Our EcoStruxure Power Operation platform is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions for power management and control. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers.

      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
      • Ensure the drivers are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to driver functionality.
      • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
      • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
      • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
      • Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on driver development.
      • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python.
      • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and interfaces.
      • Experience with SCADA systems, power monitoring, and control applications.
      • Familiarity with EcoStruxure Power Operation or similar platforms is a plus.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience with TGML based platforms.
      • Knowledge of power quality and electrical systems.
      • Experience in developing modular, scalable, and reusable software solutions.
      • Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.
