      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations
      - Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
      - Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions
      - Utilize data visualization tools and software to present insights effectively to management and engineering teams
      - Maintain and improve data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all analytical findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience with machine learning applications for predictive maintenance in PV and BESS systems
      - Electrical Engineering Degree
      - Ability to handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical data concisely
      - Comfort working independently, ensuring seamless handover to the next working shift

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NERC certified as System Operator or actively pursuing certification
      - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
      - Familiarity with SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and renewable energy asset management software
      - Knowledge of grid-scale energy storage operations, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks
      - Certifications in energy analytics, data science, or renewable energy technologies
