      Job Title: Solar Construction Laborer

      Job Description

      Join our team as a Solar Construction Laborer, where you will work directly on-site out of a mobile shop. You will be equipped with all necessary hand tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks under the guidance of a lead mechanic.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform maintenance on tools and equipment used in solar construction.
      • Collaborate with the lead mechanic to ensure efficient workflow.
      • Utilize hand tools for various construction tasks.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in solar construction.
      • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Past experience in solar projects.
      • Strong mechanical inclination and construction experience

      Work Environment

      You will work directly on-site out of a mobile shop, equipped with all necessary hand tools and equipment for maintenance tasks. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots provided by the employer, a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.

      This is a Contract position based out of Coolidge, Arizona

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
