Serve as the helper to a Solar Service Tech to complete residential PV solar installations or complete solar installations.

Assist with installing residential solar panels and devices required for the installation of residential solar PV systems.

Assist in job safety and overall crew support including staging materials, general site work support, as well as site preparation and clean up.

Keep service van stocked properly.

Assist with learning and executing the solar installation process.
- Solar experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a clean drivers license and be able to background check, pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be willing to work in attics, crawl spaces and roof tops.
- Work safely on roofs for extended period of time.
- Safely ascend and descend ladders.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 to 50lbs.
- Good mechanical skillset, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.

The Solar Helper will work with the Solar Service and Installation teams to ensure that Trinity Solar installations are executed to code and meet company standards. This is an entry-level position servicing residential solar customers.
