  The Solar Helper will work with the Solar Service and Installation teams to ensure that Trinity Solar installations are executed to code and meet company standards. This is an entry-level position servicing residential solar customers.

  Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the helper to a Solar Service Tech to complete residential PV solar installations or complete solar installations.

  • Assist with installing residential solar panels and devices required for the installation of residential solar PV systems.

  • Assist in job safety and overall crew support including staging materials, general site work support, as well as site preparation and clean up.

  • Keep service van stocked properly.

  • Assist with learning and executing the solar installation process.

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Solar experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a clean drivers license and be able to background check, pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be willing to work in attics, crawl spaces and roof tops.
  • Work safely on roofs for extended period of time.
  • Safely ascend and descend ladders.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 to 50lbs.
  • Good mechanical skillset, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.
