Description:

Solar laborers will be working on a 150MW solar project in Trinidad Colorado. Project is estimated to go through December 2024.

Duties will include:

• Installing panels, torqueing, and lifting/setting panels.
• Building and assembling racking for panels using hand/power tools.
• Wire management and string wire along rows of panels.
• Helping build inverter pads, trenching, pulling wire, cutting materials, etc.
• General construction duties as needed.

Skills/Qualification:

• Solar experience is preferred but any construction experience will be considered as well.
• Must have experience working in an outdoor environment.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pay/Schedule

• $23/hr
• 40 hrs/week to start
• 50-60 hrs/week once project picks up
• Paid weekly
