- Install photovoltaic (PV) panels with precision and efficiency
- Assemble and align racking systems according to engineering specifications
- Torque bolts and fixtures to required tolerances
- Manage and organize electrical wiring and connections
- Install inverters and related electrical components
- Perform trenching and conduit bending for underground cabling
- Stage and transport materials across the job site
- Support general labor tasks to ensure smooth project progression
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Seasonal Note: Work will pause during periods of heavy snowfall and resume in spring
- Solar panel installation

Project Overview:

We’re seeking skilled and motivated Solar Panel Installation Technicians to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project. a 175MW solar array covering 1,798 acres and featuring over 235,000 solar panels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest solar installations in the region, helping to power thousands of homes with clean, sustainable energy.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
