  Job Title: Solar Panel Installation Technician

  Project Overview:

  Be part of something big. We’re seeking skilled and motivated Solar Panel Installation Technicians to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project. a 175MW solar array covering 1,798 acres and featuring over 235,000 solar panels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest solar installations in the region, helping to power thousands of homes with clean, sustainable energy.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Install photovoltaic (PV) panels with precision and efficiency
  • Assemble and align racking systems according to engineering specifications
  • Torque bolts and fixtures to required tolerances
  • Manage and organize electrical wiring and connections
  • Install inverters and related electrical components
  • Perform trenching and conduit bending for underground cabling
  • Stage and transport materials across the job site
  • Support general labor tasks to ensure smooth project progression

  Project Duration:

  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
  • Seasonal Note: Work will pause during periods of heavy snowfall and resume in spring

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
