      Overview:
      Parco Solar is a fast-growing renewable energy company committed to delivering sustainable solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting the successful execution of solar projects, from planning to completion ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of solar energy systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate day-to-day operations of solar installation projects
      • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
      • Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders
      • Ensure compliance with local permitting and utility interconnection requirements
      • Track project progress, budgets, and documentation. Address any issues that may arise
      • Resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently
      • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors
      • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including meeting notes, change orders, and reports.
      • Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows

      Qualifications:

      • Associates or Bachelors degree in business, operations management, engineering, renewable energy, environmental science, construction management, or a related field
      • PMP or similar certification is a plus
      • Minimum of 1 year experience in solar/construction project coordination
      • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and installation processes is a plus
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Sunbase, Buildertrend, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
      • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
      • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
