      Job Summary:

      We’re Eco H ouse Solar – an industry leader established in 2008 and the newest member of IGS Energy with a mission of reducing carbon emissions and making solar as accessible as possible . We’re a team of friendly, customer-focused people that pride ourselves in providing high quality, full-service solar installations exclusively in the Central Ohio area.

      As an Eco H ouse Sales Representative, you are responsible for full-cycle sales – from the acquisition of customer leads to the closing of residential and commercial Solar P hotovoltaic ( PV ) systems ranging from 5kW to 150kW. You will become a subject matter expert on our solar products and utilize effective sales techniques to build relationships with customers. This position is salary plus uncapped commissions .

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Exceptional Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective outbound calls and in-home visits, ensuring customer acquisition and retention. Strive for excellence in every interaction.

      • Consultative Selling Approach: Maximize call opportunities through a consultative selling approach, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and EcoHouse Solar products .

      • Resourceful Operat ions : Navigate systems, procedures, and resources proficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience. Uphold accountability for achieving sales objectives and adhering to departmental goals, policies, and procedures.

      • Performance Tracking : Maintain detailed record of sales activities in the CRM to track and analyze performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

      • Market Knowledge and Communication: Proactively stay informed about current marketing programs and offerings. Clearly communicate this knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.

      Minimum Education & Experience:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.

      • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.

      Salary Range

      $46,800.00 - $46,800.00

      *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

      This role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission.
