What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various members of the transplant team to coordinate the transplant process
- Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant and coordinate organ recovery
- Prepare patients for organ transplants through assessments and educational sessions
- Participate in quality assessment and process improvement activities
- Engage in community outreach and serve as a resource on transplantation matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience
- Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Care Coordination and Transition management or multidisciplinary clinical education
