      Trade Finance Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our global team.

      You will define and own the technology strategy for our Limit Management Platform and play a crucial role in designing innovative technology solutions that fulfil the ever-evolving business goals and objectives. You will be working closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Defining the target-state application architecture and roadmap that aligns with the domain and business strategy and collaborating with the product team and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives
      • Creating detailed technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and other relevant documentation to guide the development and implementation process
      • Providing technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of various software components and modules
      • Driving and monitoring progress towards achieving the target state, providing timely intervention where necessary
      • Assessing and evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify the best solutions for specific projects and making informed recommendations based on factors such as performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness
      • Engaging and communicating effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to understand their needs, identify risks, and address concerns. Fostering strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction

      Your skills and experience

      • Experience as a Solution Architect, prior experience of hands-on software development, with a successful track record of designing and delivering complex technology solutions
      • Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions as well as strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
      • In-depth knowledge of Agile / scaled Agile software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and frameworks. Proficient in cloud platforms and modern technologies such as microservices and containerization. Experience with Java / Kubernetes / Oracle is a plus
      • Proven ability to balance business demands and IT capabilities in terms of standardisation reducing risk and increasing the IT flexibility
      • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams. Strong collaboration skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
