What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of sales consultants nationwide
- Create training manuals and establish processes for team effectiveness
- Educate team members on strategies, solutions, and industry changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance strategies
- Oversee industry quote reporting and metrics for departmental leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in the employee benefits industry
- At least five years of experience managing project schedules
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, along with strong organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales and client engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
