What you'll do We are looking for a SC Intern to join our Solution Consulting organization. Reporting to the Lead Solution Consultant, this intern will play an important role in our Solution Consulting team assisting in a variety of projects and tasks related to the delivery of the solution consulting demos and supporting content to our sales teams. This paid internship is for Summer 2024. Must be located from a commutable distance to a DocuSign office located in Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco for the summer. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Lead Solution Consultant. Responsibility Learn Solution Consulting Skills that include: discovery, building demos, delivering product demonstrations, objection handling, answering technical product questions. Complete impactful projects (individual & group) for initiatives driven by solution consulting organization Assist with answering product questions in company communication channels Assist other DocuSign orgs with program improvements and various initiatives to update and uplevel employees Attend meetings with the SC and Sales teams to understand the various programs we are implementing and maintaining in our Sales organization Research, analyze, interpret, and present patterns and trends in the SC organization Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign. What you bring Basic Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, business and enrolled for one quarter or semester following intern role Junior standing This role is not eligible for sponsorship or CPT Preferred Currently enrolled in an accredited university Familiarity and comfort level working in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite Apps Strong presentation skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, proficient project management skills that enable the ability to take an assignment and successfully execute in a given timeline Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to learn new applications quickly - Zoom for web conferencing, Slack for communications and collaboration, Salesforce.com/Chatter for communications and collaboration, Learning Management Systems for field training delivery and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience taking initiative to complete projects and tasks and delivers high quality work Comfortable working with and collaborating across various organizations Willing to network and learn new skills Video creation and editing skills Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $28/hour - $32/hour Illinois and Colorado: $26/hour - $29/hour Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $27/hour - $30/hour This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
