      How you will contribute

      You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

      More about this role

      Own the entire delivery lifecycle of the projects/initiatives within the STP space, including M&As with direct responsibility in managing the project budget & business case, functional scope, build quality, deployment schedule and operational readiness for all processes in the delivery scope

      What you need to know about this position:

      • Own the relationship with the external vendors delivering projects within process area, this also includes quality assurance with MDLZ & External partners in all phases of project delivery till project is successfully transitioned to sustain organization in Service Management & Operation function.
      • Partners with Towers and business stakeholders to understands the business requirements for implementation of STP projects/enhancements and translate them into technical requirements and design with the Solution Process Experts support where necessary.
      • This role has a close connect with Accenture Operations organization. It is expected that there will be key stakeholder management within this Organization as a part of this role.
      • Will liaise closely with the Business Engagement teams, namely the SPE's and will be involved early from the solutioning phase.
      • Coordinates and aligns the plan & deliverables with cross-functional dependencies with examples of master data (MDM), manufacturing, service operations etc
      • Provide level 3 deep functional expertise in STP process implementation and design at application level (Functional design template owner) within a sub-tower
      • Support non-discretionary projects leveraging an external partner strategy
      • Provides project planning and inputs to estimates to develop, implement and roll out of pilot and commercialized
      • Leverage Accenture Delivery Factory smartly and ensure that the bandwidth of internal resources is optimized to gain a financial leverage where possible

      What extra ingredients you will bring:

      • This role is the Solution Delivery Expert for Source to Pay (STP).
      • The individual in this role will be the process and system expert in this area and will be responsible for the delivery of Projects/enhancements and deployment of the same.
      • The SDE will be responsible for the implementation of all projects in the STP area and for ensuring all projects in their area are on track and delivering the benefits.
      • The role will also own the understanding and administration of the finances for their projects/initiatives.

      Job specific requirements:

      • S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement Certified
      • E2E SAP Life cycle implementation experience preferably in a FMCG.
      • Project, Program Management (PMP Certified preferable)
      • STP process experience/ STP systems experience
      • Business Acumen
      • Drive for Results
      • TollGate Delivery Methodology understanding and ensuring that projects follow TG
      • Conceptual and analytic skills
