      Job Description:

      As the Corporate Cash Management Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the origination, advisory and sales of cash management solutions & products to existing and prospect Public-sector clients in the EMEA region. This includes the maintenance and growth of existing business, as well as identification of new opportunities. You will be responsible for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets by covering and developing a defined client portfolio, as well as to drive EMEA and global initiatives in close collaboration with the other local and regional teams.


      Key Responsibilities

      • You advise and execute the full Corporate Cash Management product range for payment, liquidity management, merchant solutions and FX workflow solutions and closely collaborate with colleagues from various product, sales and coverage teams throughout the Corporate Bank

      • You are responsible for the sales activities to a defined public-sector EMEA client portfolio for cash management solutions and drive the marketing and execution of standard products as well as of innovative solutions including Merchant Solutions, Virtual Accounts or cross-over multi-product angles like FX

      • You structure, price, and execute trades of cash management products in coordination with the corresponding product units, considering potential customer-specific requirements and fully in line with relevant regulations - helping ensure a smooth end-to-end process and client experience

      • You closely interact and coordinate with various internal stakeholders in Corporate Bank Coverage, Corporate Cash Management, Risk Management Solutions, and others. You are part of the Client Service Team to drive revenue growth for this important client sector

      • You prepare and lead client meetings on cash management topics including follow-up work and support broader client meetings with cash management content

      • You act as EMEA central point of contact for any internal cash management related discussions around public sector clients or topics and drive new public-sector specific product innovation

      • You will be part of a dynamic and specialized sales team that develops individual cash management and liquidity solutions for our public-sector clients' operational and strategic requirements. We cover public-sector clients across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions and match their individual needs with our tailored solutions


      Skills and Experience you'll need

      • Bachelor's and preferably Master’s degree, preferably in economics or business administration

      • Min. 5 years of professional experience in Treasury related products for corporate or institutional clients or in a client-facing sales or coverage position. Alternatively, you have gained professional experience in areas related to Public-sector or corporate treasury functions including knowledge and understanding of relevant dimensions

      • Sound knowledge of cash management products (particularly cash management innovation) as well as related product areas

      • Past interaction with or market knowledge of Public-sector clients preferred

      • Deliver the highest level of quality also under time pressure and combine this with strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving capabilities

      • Work efficiently with an international team, influencing and collaborating with relevant stakeholders


      Skills and Experience that will help you excel

      • Strong external client sales skills being comfortable with marketing to and negotiating with senior client representatives. This is paired with strong internal team player and collaboration capabilities

      • Capability as a self-starter identifying and understanding next steps, when to act individually, and when to ask for support from partners or guidance from management

      • Proficient with MS Office and internal and/or external standard tools

      • Excellent German and English language skills (both verbal and written); Communication clearly and concisely, both written and spoken
