Prepare detailed solution presentations and demonstrations for remote or in-person meetings.
Provide tactical and technical input for prospective clients reviewing our CRM solutions.
Lead discovery and presentation sessions with clients and prospects, including C-level conversations.
Collaborate with Business Development and Professional Services teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide functional and technical responses to client RFPs, RFIs, and other direct requirements.
Respond to technical and service delivery questions from potential and existing clients.
Provide input into product development.
Participate in thought leadership activities, including presentations at conferences and writing articles for blogs or publications.
Occasional travel required, predominantly within the UK, with some travel across Europe and to our offices in the US.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Blackbaud CRM; experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus.
Strong listening and presentation skills; ability to ask effective need-development questions.
Ability to translate features into benefits by adapting presentations to specific client requirements.
Strong knowledge of non-profit industry CRM software.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
Analytical with high attention to detail.
Deep understanding of non-profit fundraising practices.

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Architect whose main role will be to support the positioning of our product with prospective clients looking to further their missions.
This role involves working closely with our largest and most sophisticated not-for-profit organisations, supporting our enterprise CRM software and services solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the non-profit sector.
