      Role Summary:

      The Solutions Consultant is assigned to projects with great complexity and is responsible for the overall success of the project. This position will be the main point of contact for all project related concerns and will own the scope of work, managing onsite resources, and identifying all risks and exposures. The Solutions Consultant will also conduct implementation and integration specialist related accountabilities.

      The position requires up to 90% travel across the United States and Internationally, with limited advanced notice.

      Your duties will include:
      • Manageu00A0and directu00A0onsiteu00A0teamu00A0resourcesu00A0including the creation of detailed daily schedules for all onsite team members.
      • Collectu00A0operational considerationsu00A0fromu00A0customer project management andu00A0design configuration ofu00A0systems to support customer requirements.
      • Makeu00A0recommendations to utilize full advantages ofu00A0Agilysysu00A0product line while maximizing operational efficiencies.
      • Identify and manage project scope.u00A0u00A0Verifyu00A0that project documentation is sufficient, as well as clear and concise tou00A0guaranteeu00A0that all parties areu00A0knowledgeableu00A0ofu00A0required project tasks and milestones.
      • Collaborate withu00A0customer project management tou00A0reduce or eliminate project risks and exposures and to developu00A0effective communication plan for escalation process; provide solutions for issues resulting in project scope change.
      • Install, configure, and test system configurationu00A0in order tou00A0maximize efficiency and provide operational consistency.
      • Manageu00A0the data conversion and reconciliation effort
      • Develop detailed project documentation upon completion of project to ensure that the Customer Care team has all relevant information to handle support for client going forward.
      • Research software problems defined by customers and provide diagnosis and resolution.
      • Confirmu00A0productionu00A0readiness, andu00A0supports problem management and resolution through tactical and strategic technology insertions.
      • Directu00A0internal resources including identified Installation team, along with other internalu00A0Agilysysu00A0resources,u00A0as needed, to work through project tasksu00A0and challenges to determineu00A0and finalizeu00A0appropriate solutions to meet project goals.
      • Directu00A0internal departments tou00A0recognizeu00A0installation improvementsu00A0andu00A0utilizeu00A0product feedback ofu00A0Agilysysu00A0productsu00A0tou00A0improve the product.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Requirements for success:
      • Education & Experience: u00A0Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in hospitality, technology, or related fields.
      • Implementation Experience: u00A03+ years of experience in system implementation, IT management, or hospitality operations.
      • Operational Experience: u00A0Experience in purchasing functions, inventory management, and reconciliation processes.
      • Travel Requirement: u00A0Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 90% of the year with limited advanced notice.
      • Business Acumen: u00A0Good understanding of business operations and accounting practices.
      • Customer Service: u00A0Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
      • Communication: u00A0Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
      • Work Ethic: u00A0High level of commitment and willingness to exceed client expectations.
      • Interpersonal Skills: u00A0Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
