What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide and deliver creative solutions to enhance the digital experiences of Healthcare and life science brands
- Collaborate with teams to manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Mentor and enable team members, fostering a culture of talent development
- Analyze and solve problems to exceed customer expectations and drive successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in a technical pre-sales, integrator, or Healthcare digital marketing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing or ad technology, including analytics, personalization, and CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%

- Experience with graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, or Keynote
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering solutions that exceed customer needs
- Understanding of online marketing strategies, including SEO, email, and social media
