What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of the employer's platform and APIs
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews
- Advocate for customers internally while collaborating with Product, support, engineering, and sales teams
- Deliver training to enhance product knowledge and demonstration skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role focusing on SaaS
- Strong curiosity and willingness to explore and self-teach new programs and integrations
- Comfortable presenting to a variety of customers, including executives
- Technical background with experience working with APIs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
