      The Solutions Consultant is responsible for providing product, technological and design consultancy and sales support to increase revenue in a specified region from Enterprise and Compliance Recording Software and Services bookings through direct and channel customer accounts.

      • Monthly bookings and revenue generation
      • Technical Accuracy for System Design, Services Pricing, Product Enhancements
      • Product Knowledge and Design ability for relevant products
      • Process Adherence for Quoting/Configuration, Design and Handover to Professional Services
      • Partner Sales and Presales Enablement
      • Specific MBOs (Management by Objective) as agreed with Manager

      Qualifications

      General & Industry Specific

      • I.T. background, with experience of working in software related business, Financial Trading or Unified Communications and contact centre environments
      • Prior experience in a Pre-Sales role with a Telecommunications solutions provider.
      • Solid Business background including strong communication (verbal and written), analytical and consulting skills
      • Knowledge of Verint and Verint partners
      • Knowledge of competitor organisations and products
      • Unified Communications overall Technical Architecture
      • Knowledge of the Trading and Public Safety markets an advantage

      Environment

      Product / Technical

      • Solid understanding of contact center software, CCaaS, UCaaS, and applications
      • ACD/PBX, IVR, CTI, Data Networking, IP protocols and VOIP technology

      • Ability to work as part of a team, building supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues in order to meet Verint’s objectives

      Specific Qualifications & Accreditations

      Desirable:

      • Degree level education in relevant discipline
      • Relevant industry qualifications

      Responsibilities

      Product Knowledge

      • Developing in-depth knowledge in core recording and compliance products and at least one area of specialisation (as agreed with Manager).
      • Proactively learn the technology, application, and process of current and new product releases.

      Solution Proposal

      • Deliver presentations and demonstrations using the Enterprise and Compliance Recording Product Suite to show how customer initiatives and requirements can be met.

      Solution Design

      • Produce accurate and complete design documentation to reflect proposed solutions and enable transition to Professional Services teams.
      • Ensure all customer requirements, points of integration and pre -requisites/assumptions are well defined
      • Ensure solution proposed will meet the requirements of the customer

      Documentation

      • Author responses to Customer / Prospect RFPs, RFIs and Requirements documents (or Co-Author with partners)

      Knowledge and Expertise

      • Maintain and develop and understanding of key industry trends and competitors in assigned region
      • Maintain and further development of knowledge on Verint portfolio and solutions

      Partner Enablement

      • Maintain regular contact with the Partner’s Pre-Sales team via conference calls, Webinars and face to face meetings for continued knowledge sharing, and in order to maximise their ability and desire to sell Verint products and services.
      • Educate partners to enable them to develop equivalent knowledge and capability on the Verint solutions.
      • Pass on the Verint Sales and Discovery methodology to the Partner sales/presales team to identify prospect/customer key business requirements, pains functions and processes.

      Process Improvement

      • Contribute to process improvement initiatives including developing new template documents, design information, approaches and processes
      • Provide ongoing Pre-Sales support and education to partners to develop their skills and self sufficiency
      • Act as a conduit between the market and Verint, bringing in information about market needs and opportunities and disseminating information about Verint product and services to increase market awareness of Verint
