What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making regarding data migration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources with attention to detail
- Support system configuration and data migration teams to ensure correct configuration and efficient migrations
- Manage low to medium complexity projects with minimal supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with enterprise application data migration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with or understanding of the judicial/court process is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
