We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced sonographer to join our small, dynamic and friendly team of professionals who deliver the highest standards of diagnostic Ultrasound investigations.
Our Ultrasound service is located within the Diagnostics Department at Practice Plus Group Diagnostics in Buckinghamshire, in the market town of High Wycombe. Located on the edge of the Chiltern hills High Wycombe is conveniently situated close to the M40 with good train links to Oxford and London.
The centre is open 7 days a week between 8am 7pm which allows us to offer extremely flexible working hours which could include weekends and evenings if it suits you, or just standard weekdays. There are also no on-call responsibilities improving your work-life balance!
We have 5 ultrasound rooms running clinics each day, so there is always support from other sonographers when you need it. We have state of the art Canon ultrasound systems, which are updated regularly.
This year marks the start of our self-referral private pay service in MRI, Ultrasound and USGIs, which we would love you to be part of.
Main duties of the job
We offer a non-obstetric ultrasound service, including General, Gynae and MSK. We do not do venous or arterial assessments, breast or antenatal imaging.
As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging team you will produce a high standard of ultrasonography practice. This will include undertaking a broad range of techniques while being flexible in adapting to the requirements of all patients and examination scenarios.About us
