- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- 3 years of clerical experience including 2 years providing secretarial and specialized clerical support to an office, department or program required.
- Medical or other department specific terminology including spelling and definitions
- Keyboarding and 10-key skills and ability to create files and documents using word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
- Proper handling of highly sensitive or confidential information
- Read and comprehend basic instructions, correspondence and reports
- Write routine correspondence, instructions and information using correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Demonstrated competent level of organizational skills
- General business and office skills
- Fundamentals of word processing, spreadsheet and databases

Responsibilities
The Sonography Program Liaison you will work under the general direction of the Program Director and provide overall clerical support and coordination of services for the daily operations to the CRMC Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. With the Program Director you will ensure efficient organization, quality assurance and clerical administration to meet the CAAHEP program accreditation standards. While maintain the program and department compliance documentation and critical student documentation including admissions, tuition and clinical hours. And assists in the development of course materials, preparation of instructional materials and distribution of program literature. In addition, work closely with key Medical Imaging personnel at affiliate clinical sites.
